Inspired by Andrej Karpathy’s famous 200-line GPT implementation, I built a small browser-based playground to visualize how language models work. The app lets you explore tokenization, embeddings, transformer training, attention, sampling, and perplexity using tiny datasets. It is a simple way to see how text turns into numbers and how a transformer learns patterns.

Strategic advisory for Industry 5.0. I founded Iteranium to give manufacturers vendor-neutral digital transformation: AI & data strategy, MES/MOM systems, digital twins, OT/IT integration and industrial cybersecurity, grounded in human-centric, sustainable and resilient operations. Iteranium is now joining the Vector Institute FastLane program.

A logistics client I work with. ShipATQ moves freight safely and on time across Canada and the United States: full-truckload and LTL, white-glove delivery, cross-border customs handling, freight brokerage and real-time shipment tracking, backed by a dedicated carrier network.

I build with the Institute for Sustainable Systems (TIISAM), which develops technology and infrastructure that help communities, organizations and institutions operate sustainably in an AI-driven world, across economic, environmental, government and societal systems.
